Why yopsi? – Our Why

Have you ever wondered why you actually have a printer at home? For printing once a year?
Which printer will be the right one?
And why is the toner or ink always empty when you want to print?

Why did we start yopsi?

sustainability

It’s not environmentally friendly to have a printer at home if you don’t print often. That was the primary reason for us to look for another solution:

• Standby consumes energy all year round.
• Throwing away dried inks is not sustainable.
• When disposing of the printer, many plastics are thrown out that are not adequately recycled.
• A new toner is almost as expensive as the printer, so sometimes you just order a more modern printer and throw the old one away.

save money

• It is not worthwhile for occasional printers to have their own printer at home, as the toner or ink often costs more than the printer itself

Nerves

• If you don’t print often, the printer will bug you more than it prints.
• Dust off the printer every week? No thanks.
• Waste space at home for a device that you never use?
