With Excel, it is not that easy to get it as a PDF the way you want it to look. Below you will find the procedure so that you receive the documents as you imagine them:<\/p>\n

  1. Set the page orientation<\/li>\n
  2. Specify the print area<\/li>\n
  3. Specify the number of pages<\/li>\n
  4. save as PDF<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Set the page orientation<\/h2>\n

    First we determine whether we want to print the file in portrait or landscape format:<\/p>\n

    1. Click on “Page layout”<\/li>\n
    2. Click on “Alignment”<\/li>\n
    3.       Specify the print area<\/h2>\n

      Then we choose what should be printed:<\/p>\n

      1. Select cells with left click and hold<\/li>\n
      2. Click on “Page layout”<\/li>\n
      3. Click on “Print Area”<\/li>\n
      4.         Define page width<\/h2>\n

        Then we choose what should be printed:<\/p>\n

        1. Click on “Page layout”<\/li>\n
        2. Select the desired width in the “Width” field. Often this is “1 page” wide<\/li>\n
        3. Set “Height”: If you want everything to be on one side, select “1 Page”.
